Our founder, Josh Vanyo, began his career in the property restoration field, working as both an Insurance Adjuster and an independent contractor for other construction companies. With 8 years of professional experience — and a lifetime of personal involvement — in the insurance, construction, and restoration industries, Josh saw firsthand the good, the bad, and the ugly in the industry.

That experience inspired him to establish Raptor Construction with a different approach. No cutting corners — No purposely over-inflating bids — No treating projects as “less important” — just because they aren’t “ideal projects”. Instead, we are committed to being the face of change this industry needs.
